Direct Marketing / Newsletter Subscribers
For those that have signed up to our database, joined as a Friend or volunteer or ordered tickets from us, we will keep you informed of what is happening, events, and news. You can opt out of these email notifications any time by emailing us at the address notified on the website.
We require your email address in order to subscribe you to these communications. We also ask you to provide additional personal information to enhance the way we communicate with you but if you do not provide it, you will be treated in the same way as if you had provided it. The additional information that would be helpful is
- Your first and last name so that we can communicate with you personally
- Your full address so that we can tailor your experience

Ticket Bookings
If you have asked for tickets via email, we will collect some personal data from you in order to complete your transaction. We don’t ask for more data than we need in order to fulfil your order. The minimum personal data required includes:
- Your email address and/or phone number
- Your name
Your payment details (never stored, only passed securely to the relevant payment provider to authorise payment)
We use your information to manage your order. We may contact you by email or phone with information about your order, such as cancellations. This is necessary for the performance of the contract.

The Shipping Brow Gallery crew are dedicated to making your experience a good one, and appreciate that most people with disabilities are not obviously disabled. We work hard to consider all our guests and naturally, that includes those who might be visually, hearing or mobility impaired. We are happy to accommodate your special requirements.

Restricted Mobility
We have disabled access to the side of the building. Unfortunately, due to the historic nature of the building, there is only access to the first floor via a narrow winding staircase. For those who wish to see the second floor collection of paintings, we have installed a screen on the ground floor showing the pictures.
